Bienvenue

Association Danse Médecine Recherche

Welcome to ADMR. This bilingual (French / English) association dedicated to the health of dancers is in its fifth year of activity both locally and internationally. We have given over 80 lectures since we started from our base in Monaco, to Australia, the United States and throughout Europe. Our first conference was in the 2006 Monaco Dance Forum (MDF) and our most recent was a presentation of dance throughout the ages at the Maison de l’Amerique latin in Monaco for the  UNESCO day of dance (April 29th) and our next event will be in Cannes at the  Ecole Supérieur de Danse de Cannes Rosella Hightower school with a two day intensive course in treating dancer’s ‘A hands on approach”. ADMR will also be present at the Jacqueline Kennedy Onassis School (May 15th -19th) at American Ballet Theatre as well as at the TAMED meeting in Berlin, June 1-3rd with our director, Peter Lewton-Brain making a presentation on visceral osteopathy for dancers. We invite you to join us and help develop this exciting and rewarding area of investigation as we develop the concept of “dance is health and health for dancers”
